Reason 1: Synthetic Latex Is Different Than Real Latex

Real latex is an eco-friendly product that is harvested from rubber trees. The trees are not harmed during the tapping process.
Some manufacturers label their products as latex without ever using one drop of natural latex sap from a rubber tree. They use synthetic latex, which is made entirely from chemicals.
There's a difference in the consistency and support of natural latex versus synthetic latex. The cellular structure of natural latex is pure rubber, which is extremely elastic. Synthetic materials can't duplicate the elasticity of natural latex.
Synthetic latex costs significantly less than natural latex to make. Because people aren't aware of the difference, some companies charge premium prices for synthetic latex, which should cost a fraction of the price.

Reason 2: Never Compressed, Never Compromised

There are a number of ways that companies cut costs, but we refuse to compromise. Many people unsuspectingly order compressed foam mattresses. These mattresses are compacted for extended periods of time, which puts stress on the materials.
In the short term, some of these mattresses don’t fully decompress. They may remain curled up at the ends or have irregularities in the foam that become noticeable beneath a person's bodyweight.
Long term problems are more likely because of the additional stress that was put on the beds when they were compressed.

Reason 3: Some "Natural: Processes Use Up To 80% Synthetic Additives

There are several different latex manufacturing processes. Some of the most common are Dunlop, Talalay, and 100% Natural. Unless they specify 100% natural, some of the processes mix natural latex with up to 80% synthetic additives.
Our 100% natural latex is an eco-friendly product that is harvested from rubber trees. The trees are not harmed during the tapping process.
Some companies call their latex "natural", but unless they specify 100% natural, their "natural" latex is often mixed with synthetic additives. Their formulas start with natural latex from rubber trees, but the rest of their formula may consist of somewhere between 20% and 80% synthetic additives.
The amount of additives affects how the latex feels and holds up over time. In 100% natural latex, there aren't complicated chemical bonds between the latex rubber and synthetic additives.

Reason 4: Risk-Free Return Policy

We offer the easiest and least expensive returns on the internet. Return our mattresses for a full refund minus a flat $99 return fee. We pay the shipping both ways.
Try our mattresses for 90 nights in your home. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply repackage the mattress in the original box, give us a call, and we’ll pick it up. There are no hidden fees.
The merchandise must be in like new condition with no stains or tears. Buyers must keep the original boxes. All sales on adjustable bases, foundations, and other accessories are final.
Beware of other companies who sell compressed mattresses. Compressed mattresses are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Once the package is open, their beds need to be returned via freight. The freight charges can be more expensive than it is to actually keep their mattresses. In addition, these companies don't supply their customers with packaging materials.
