All I can say is, WOW!

 
I did a lot of research on the internet, and visited 3 stores and 2 factories before buying my "Harmony" mattress from Atlantic.  I tested the Sleep Number bed in their store, and I also went to an independent mattress dealer and tested the "Raphsody".  It was love at first sight.

 
When I went shopping for my bed, it was because I had to.  I suffered a lower back injury in 1999 while serving in the US Army overseas, and have suffered chronic lower back and neck pain, which at times would wake me up in the night and I would not be able to go back to sleep.  Last October 2008, the pain reached my threshold and I knew something had to change.  I went to a new chiropractor and he suggested a memory foam bed.  I chose three different brand names to include Atlantic, and I had someone answer my phone call immediately when I called to ask questions.
 

Keep in mind I am not an easy person to please, I have two engineering degrees, a bachelors of engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Engineering from the University of Missouri.  My wife was skeptical at first, she had loved our box spring mattress that we have had for 10 years.  My sales rep said to give it 30 days, and if we didn't like it, we could have it sent back, no problem.  Well, it took about 7-14 days to adjust to the memory foam mattress (we purchased only the foam mattress and reused our box springs) and now you could not separate my wife from our foam bed from Atlantic.
 

Delivery to our house in Savannah, GA was a non-issue, they brought the mattress in the house, unwrapped it, and took away the trash!  What more could you ask for???


Great job Atlantic, we appreciate your service.  I hope this letter serves as a testimonial for your customers, and I urge each and everyone of them to call in and ask questions from all of their options before they make a decision of who to buy from.

Recently my wife and I purchased your "Anniversary" bed for our new home. Because we live several states away, we were concerned about buying from a company on-line that was so far away from us.

After trying out Tempur Pedic's "Celebrity" bed at our local furniture store, we were impressed by the product but discouraged by the price. We couldn't justify paying $4,000 for a matress and box spring.

Later that day I decided to shop on-line and found Atantic Beds. Your comparison ads caught my eye so I decided to call. I was told that the construction of the beds was basically the same but the price for your bed was over 50% less. Plus, you offered free delivery and threw in a mattress pad. A short time later, the bed arrived at our home. Wow, are we impressed with our purchase. I can't believe we got such a great deal with free shipping to boot. The comfort of the bed is second-to-none that we have tried at the furniture stores in our area.

I'm in love with my Luxe memory foam bed. My job requires me to be on my feet all day, so this bed is my salvation.

I buy everything online, but I would be first to admit that buying a mattress online was something I was hesitant about.

I have to say the experience was so great, that I had nothing to worry about. EVERYTHING was better than going to the mattress store.

We love our bed. We just spent two weeks traveling in some of the best hotels in Hawaii and we couldn't wait to get back to get a night's sleep in our bed. I have found that I sleep better and more deeply through the night. It is comfortable relaxing in and sleeping.

More than that, the process for getting the bed was great. There is always a concern in purchasing online, especially a big-ticket item. I wasn't comfortable with the inflated prices for Tempurpedic and other brands in the stores. I was able to talk to Michael, find out the specs of the bed, how it compared to other brands, and then get a great price on an amazing bed.

When it arrived, the delivery people worked hard at removing my old bed and bringing the new one up the stairs. I have recommended Atlantic Beds to many family and friends.

I have never been so satisfied with the level of service I received from Atlantic Beds. We were initially hesitant to spend that much money over the telephone, but Michael put us at ease.

We purchased the split king Anniversary mattresses with the Leggett and Platt Adjustable Beds at a great price. We almost spent twice as much locally and that would have been a huge mistake.
